Help with Samsung SGH J-700

Ok, I dont know how to put the games in my mobile.. I have no access on WAP so the only way is through PC. I downloaded .jar and .jad of a game but some kind of error comes when i open .jar file, and the windows cant find a suitable program to open .jad file.. Please tell me what can be done?
